Terms of Service

Eligibility and accounts

You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country to use the Service. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure.

The Service

Aimatee is a practice tool. You interact with fictional AI agents in simulated workplace scenarios to practise communication and English. The agents and scenarios are not real, and their responses are generated automatically.

Subscriptions and billing

• Aimatee offers free and paid plans. Paid plans are sold as subscriptions through Google Play.
• Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel a subscription from your Google Play account.
• Prices are shown in the app in your local currency and may change; we will give notice of price changes as required by Google Play.
• Refunds are handled in accordance with Google Play’s policies.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service.
• Upload content you do not have the right to share, or that is illegal or harmful.

AI-generated content

Responses from AI agents, including any feedback on your English, are generated automatically and may be inaccurate or incomplete. They are provided for practice only and are not professional, legal, career, or other advice. Use your own judgement.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and content we provide, is owned by Aimatee and protected by law. You retain rights to the content you create; you grant us the permissions needed to operate and improve the Service as described in our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aimatee will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to others or to the Service.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
